All product prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless otherwise stated.

Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery (COD) and advance payment, depending on the product, location, and checkout options.

Customized products require full or partial advance payment before production begins. The payment requirement will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

4. Order Confirmation and Cancellation

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders may be subject to verification, stock availability, delivery coverage, and payment confirmation.

We may contact you to verify your phone number, address, product selection, or other order details.

Customers should request cancellation as soon as possible. Standard orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to confirmation. Customized orders may not be cancellable once production has started.

If we cancel an order or cannot fulfil it, any payment received will be handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable law.

5. Customized Products

Customized or made-to-order products are prepared according to the specifications confirmed with the customer.

Customers are responsible for checking the selected size, design, color, and other details before approving production.

Changes may not be possible after production begins. However, this does not limit a customer's rights where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or fails to meet the agreed specifications.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is generally completed within 2–5 business days after dispatch, subject to the destination and courier service.

Shipping charges vary by zone, parcel dimensions, weight, and courier service. Delivery to remote or out-of-service areas may require alternative arrangements.

Return, exchange, and refund requests are handled according to our published Refund Policy and applicable legal requirements.

Customized products are generally not eligible for returns due to a change of mind, but this does not exclude remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming products.
